
It's easy! Beginners to advanced welcome. Runner's High Club will take you every step of the way from start to finish. If you have a love for running, like to stay in shape and can dedicate 4-5 days a week, you can successfully complete a marathon or half marathon. Our program includes track sessions, hill sessiions(above picture), long easy runs, support, schedules, coaching, and monthly social events. Contact us for details.
